- Former Employee★★★★★
Pros
A lot of growth in the business in recent years(pity the maturity of those who manage it hasn't). You get free coffee in the morning.
Cons
Mismanaged, with no clear direction, iSelect protects its image to share holders by blaming its staff "clearing house" and "righting mistakes of the past" on a six monthly basis whilst actually succeeding in getting rid of or driving away the few remaining staff that had a clue or believed in the what the business could achieve and delivering on very few of the promises that the CEO and Board make.

Pros

Cons
Always stuffed up pay Didnt pay my commission correctly, still owe me money which I know ill never get Limited leads ourselves, you can transfer leads to other areas of the business generation 12-15k in revenue for them from a non paid lead source, Yourself! An not get paid a cent because you can't hit your own targets for area because their was no work to do People will steal sales from you Hot leads always went to the top tier guys which was understandable, but you need to unethical pushy steals to make any money Without it, its $700 a week job

Pros
Not like your standard corporate job. The people are all trying to progress the business and aim for growth, allowing flexible remote working opportunities and 3 recharge days.
Cons
Many departments are under resourced and because they don’t make money like the high earning sales consultants, they are expected to work long hours and be a jack of all trades. Lots of high ranking managers who were internally promoted with very little technical skills/experience makes it difficult for some departments to function and thrive.
