Flexibility for software developers. R&D related a lot of works are done. Nice talented people around.

Cons

Flexibility varies as per team There is a discrimination in pay even if you are talented when compared IITians. HR is delusional they just say no for everything.

The people I work with are very supportive and help you whenever you are stuck. There are many chances to learn new things and move up in your career. It feels like a good community.
