I have been working at inCode full-time

    Pros

Great team atmosphere and bunch of really knowledgeable people in exciting industries. Fast-paced clients where you will learn a lot.

    Cons

Review process experience varies by manager...some great, others are more passive and less helpful. No in-person new hire training to help acclimate.

    Advice to Management

Start being more translucent with where employees stand and how they are viewed. Start to encourage more ideas from the bottom-up and provide better tools to help foster new business.

I have been working at inCode for less than a year

    Pros

Good strategy projects, generally short term. Friendly and smart colleagues. Flexibility with work location. No intense travel. Good work life balance.

    Cons

Salary is not competitive compared to the industry average. Bonuses are not great either. There is no formal training process. Too many restrictions due Ericsson budget policy.

    I worked at inCode

    Pros

Level of exposure Some cool and insightful projects Senior management very approachable Very good set of people Colleagues are typically very bright and talented

    Cons

Mid-career stagnation compensation needs to be better Remote management and work from home model a challenge Poor training and lack of mentorship

    Advice to Management

Better training is needed and working remotely isn't always a good thing especially to improve the learning curve of all consultants. Also reduces social interaction. Potential solution could be small offices in major locations.
