Blame culture, lack of appreciation for amount of work done, excessive workload, very secretive about upcoming plans, big things up and lead employees to believe a big bonus is coming only to make everyone redundant. Salary is extremely low for the job role and amount of responsibility you have, no benefits whatsoever. If the company ever gets to a position where it can build out the team again, I’d honestly just look elsewhere if you want a stable, well-paid career.
