Pros
I actually enjoyed my time here more than I expected to. The people in the office were cool and the atmosphere was always energetic which made it easier to stay motivated. One thing I’ll say is you definitely improve your communication skills because you’re constantly speaking to people and working around a team. I came in quite shy and left way more confident than before. There’s also a lot of support from the people higher up if you actually want to learn and improve. I consistently made more than my basic salary I left mainly because I decided I wanted to move into something more related to my degree long term, but I can’t lie, the experience did help me a lot personally. The skills they taught me acted as a stepping stone
Cons
The role isn’t for everyone and I think some people go in expecting a normal office job when it’s more fast paced and performance based. Some days can be tiring and you have to stay mentally switched on. I also think culture can be cut throat for the wrong person.
