      Freedom to get work done and add your originality - express ideas and see those put to work. Lot of encouragement to move out of your comfort zones and work new Tech .

      Cons

      Tight Timelines . There are no individual mentoring sessions . Not recommended if you don’t like a Fast-paced, try something new Work Style.

      If you have the willingness, you will get the opportunity to learn a wide variety of skills and technologies for the career growth. Their philosophies are like give freedom and flexibility to try and approach every programming problem with confidence. Best part is with the vast number of latest technologies that they are using; the experience is good that getting into MNC’s is easy.

      The team is small and will have to take up high level of accountability and responsibility
