Treat the employees thinking that they are animals. Salary is not paid on time. EPF ETF is not deducted and no salary slips will be provided. Top management (specially the COO - Ruwan Kumara, AKA Thattaya) will threaten you if you speak up on this. Salaries are lower than the industry standards.
