Most team members are kind, talented, genuine. Good brand on resume.
Cons
Management/leadership, gossip, mean girl behavior. Nothing else matters because of the brand's success, so favoritism is loud and mean girl "high school" behavior is clear. No upward trajectory for anyone else but leadership. Company willing to pay very little for managers and below and mgmt doesnt care.
