The company as a whole is also very focused on young people growth and development. The senior-level staff is not only expected to lead the company, but lead the growth of their people. It's a place with constant opportunity to move up, based on nothing other than the company's core values. Expertise, Collaboration, Entrepreneurial spirit. You are judged on nothing else. It's a non-political environment which opens any with open arms, but you're judged on merit and merit alone. There's a lot of people who have come into roundtable6 who want to collect a paycheck and leave. They don't last. Those who embrace an open environment, with strong individuals who want to do nothing else but solve client needs, succeed, lead and embrace opportunities thrive.
