      Pros

      A close knit team that gets along well and is helpful to one another. The clients are well known (you see their ads/products everywhere), but the company doesn't have a rigid, corporate atmosphere.

      Cons

      Some investments in systems/infrastructure are needed, but it's already in process.

      Pros

      This company truly pays attention to personal and professional growth and development and the supportive atmosphere is extremely unique. Beyond that, you get the chance to work with a variety of clients and different types of products, making this a fast-paced challenging yet rewarding environment.

      Cons

      Learning the complexities of sourcing & manufacturing can prove to be a challenge sometimes, as well as balancing the individual needs of multiple clients but from my experience, everyone within the company has been willing to jump in and help out where they can.
