Great way to learn and grow as a consultant Lots of interesting projects and clients Team is diverse(and growing in that direction) so you get to meet many cool people from all walks of life. You get to decide how much you want to be apart of the sales process

Cons

Not all clients are created equal, but that's just the nature of consulting in general Promotion/Advancement process could use some work, but they are very open to changes to the handbook!
