Anyone who disagrees with him is swiftly shown the door, which explains why so many senior hires barely last a few months before disappearing. The company strategy also reflects Mel Gelderman's incompetence as a leader. It changes constantly, with no clear direction or vision. It's chaotic and reactive, lacking any real foresight or stability. HR is a joke. Rather than supporting employees, they seem more interested in covering for toxic management and protecting their own position. It's a mess that works against anyone trying to improve things. The company used to be a tech company with real innovation at its core—now it’s just a basic, boring social media company desperately trying to replicate the successes of companies from 5-10 years ago. Engineering is a complete joke. After a 50% reduction in talent, what's left is a hollow team, with no vision or capability to drive the product forward.
