In these very unusual times we are adapting our ways of working. We have over 90% of our current staff working from home, and are committed to not putting our employees on furlough or making redundancies during this crisis. We’ll continue to support our people and communities by: ⚫ offering parents 20 days paid emergency leave for childcare and more flexible working ⚫ launching a virtual GP service available to all employees and their families ⚫ introducing an app which supports employees’ mental health ⚫ giving our employees the choice to use up to 10 paid days to volunteer this year We are also changing the way we recruit by moving to a virtual set-up. Once you apply, your resourcing partner will be there to support you throughout our new processes. So, we’re still here – we’re doing everything we can as an employer to support our people at this very uncertain time.
