Today we welcome 181 interns to 13 of AG’s global offices for our 10-week summer intern program. From day one, AG interns benefit from hands-on experience – they are staffed on real case work, and there are ample opportunities for collaboration with senior staff. For this month’s #AGOfficeSpotlight, we move to our Denver office. Staff from the Denver office recently tackled the Denver Colfax Marathon alongside colleagues, running on relay teams that raised funds for local charities. When not running or cheering on their teammates, Denver staff can be found in the Rocky Mountains for their annual ski trip and enjoying friendly competition during the office’s summer foosball world cup championship, axe-throwing outings, and more.
Last week, a number of our associates and data scientists from Boston, Montreal, New York, and Washington, DC, gathered for one of AG’s two-day writing workshops. Participants in this highly interactive program explored the fundamentals of clear and direct business writing, including: · evaluating purpose and audience, · outlining, · improving flow and transitions, and · editing for clarity and concision. Participants will also receive one-on-one follow-up training with a professional writing coach. These trainings will provide tailored, practical guidance on how to craft clear writing that conveys the complex and cutting-edge work our people do.
