☀️ Summer Fridays ☀️ Avantees are at our best when we’re able to fully enjoy ourselves both in and outside of work—especially when the weather starts to heat up! For four years now we’ve encouraged Avantees to sign off for the weekend at 2pm on Fridays all summer long. It’s just one of the ways we thank Avantees for their hard work, celebrate the successes we’ve had, and help us stay on top of our game for the rest of the year.
We’re movin’ on up! Avant is now officially moved into our new headquarters, a fully renovated 81,000-square-foot office in Chicago’s Merchandise Mart. The space features open workstations, multiple cafés, a mix of collaboration and focus spaces, and “The Hub,” where we host big gatherings like our monthly Town Halls. And it’s full of uniquely Avant touches, from the decor and patterns in our brand colors to conference rooms named after iconic fictional teams. We designed this workspace with intention and with our values in mind, so that it will provide us the flexibility to grow and evolve for years to come.
