📗 Sustainability is a fundamental part of BBVA’s strategy and every day we find new ways to further this message. Training our employees is just one of these ways. 🎒 From collaborating with prestigious educational institutions such as the universities of Oxford, Cambridge and Yale, to designing a reskilling plan, we’re ensuring our commitment to sustainability is felt by employees all over the world. Which has meant that in less than a year, we’ve trained nearly 75,000 employees in this area. And we’re still going strong. Find out more about how we’re doing it here #GreenerAndMoreInclusive
👩💻 In 2014, a small number of our BBVA team began testing a new way of working based on the #agile project management model. Our agile business culture is here to stay — find out more about the methodology and how it works here
