We are Hiring! Apply Online and Interview Remotely With the spread of the Coronavirus, COVID-19, the health and safety of you and everyone on our Behavior Frontiers team is our top priority. We are still looking to hire passionate and enthusiastic individuals who want to make a difference in the lives of others. We are currently hosting interviews via telerecruiting. Behavior Frontiers is dedicated to the ABA treatment for autism that was determined to be a medically necessary service, which means that it is necessary to help individuals with autism to overcome the core deficits of autism. We have enhanced our policies and procedures regarding the delivery of ABA services, including, limiting staff in clients’ homes, offering telehealth services, requiring employees to wear masks or face coverings, reinforced frequent hand washing, and requiring employees and clients to cancel sessions if they exhibit any symptoms of COVID-19, as well as providing detailed protocols for clients and employees who have tested positive for COVID-19.
Behavior Frontiers team members all across the country are finding ways to give back and support their local communities during this time. #newblogpost #communitybuilding #covidsupport #workfromhome

Attention can take many forms: it can be warm or stern, obvious or subtle, loud or silent. Attention could be that quick eye contact you made, the little smile you gave, or even that reprimand or comment meant to stop that behavior. So how do we know when a behavior seeks attention, regardless if we meant it to be reinforcing or punishing? #blogpost #autismblog #behavioranalysis

Our own Deanna Guzman, a Case Manager in Orange County CA, had the incredible opportunity to visit the Kaizora Institute of Neurodevelopmental Therapies in Nairobi, Kenya and to experience ABA through the eyes of clinicians who do not enjoy the resources and advantages that we do here in the United States. It was a professionally and personally eye-opening and horizon-broadening experience in many ways.
