This Asian American Pacific Islander Heritage Month, our employee resource group, HAAPI, centered their programming around the theme of artistry. To celebrate, some of our associates shared the art of their culture’s traditional fashion and what it means to them. At Bozzuto, we see importance in recognizing and honoring everyone’s unique heritage.
At Bozzuto, safety isn’t just a priority—it’s a core value we live by every day, on every site. This Construction Safety Week, we’re proud to recognize the everyday efforts our teams make to keep each other safe. From day one, our team members receive essential PPE, including hard hats, high-visibility vests, safety glasses, gloves, and more. Within our in-house dedicated safety team, we reinforce this with hands-on training and clear safety protocols to ensure everyone goes home safe. Because when it comes to protecting our people, there are no shortcuts.
With May as Mental Health Awareness Month, we recognize the responsibility we have as a workplace to ensure that our employees have safe spaces to nurture their well-being and feel supported in doing so.

These past few weeks, Rise by Bozzuto hosted Earth Day volunteer outings with 13 different organizations across our markets. To help the planet and support Rise’s social and environmental impact mission, our associates planted trees, cleaned up trash, and learned about how we as individuals can make a positive impact for our environment in our everyday lives. The continued compassion and heart our teams show their neighborhoods always amazes us, and we look forward to more opportunities for our associates to rise together this year.
