Our team members took some time recently to celebrate mothers at the Nursery Santa Teresita in El Salvador. The organization provides a safe place for children, empowering mothers to pursue employment opportunities. Crowley team members enjoyed helping with a morning filled with games, prizes and fun with local vendors and festivities. Because of our Crowley Cares program, our employees are able to support causes and organizations they care about and continue to make positive impacts in their communities.
Jessica Carranza-Franks, MBA represented our Central America logistics team at the XV Corporate Security Convention organized by Overseas Security Advisory Council OSAC and AmCham Guatemala. As a panelist in the discussion about "Certifications for Logistics Security," she reiterated Crowley's ongoing commitment to the security of the cargo entrusted to us by our customers. Our team members came together with Boys & Girls Clubs of Northeast Florida to test out the new archery and slingshot ranges at its McKenzie’s Camp Deep Pond. Through Crowley Cares, our corporate citizenship program, we are excited to sponsor the ranges to help make an impact on thousands of youths that will attend the camp for many summers to come.
