Two things: grind and hustle. Both are essential to success. You must always understand why you are doing one or the other, and always try to have a good balance of both. In other words, put in the work and always innovate. Q. You’ve grown a lot at Dataprise! What’s a piece of advice you’d offer to those looking to accelerate their career? A. Provide value every day: just like we provide value to our customers, we must provide value to our employer. Don’t watch the clock and realize there is always something more to learn.
