We launched The Sustainability Academy with the University of Michigan’s Erb Institute to help educate our employees about how to integrate our 2025 Sustainability Goals into our businesses and functions. Our first cohort of leaders presented their learnings and shared their project recommendations with the second cohort, which will soon begin training. What's evident is that in six short months, our students have become our teachers! Their project work is already making an impact across our company and is helping advance our sustainability goals.
