Giving back to the communities we serve is something our teams take pride in every day. Recently, Customer Service Manager Curtis S. and Customer Service Specialists Lisa P., Angela R., and Trisha B. volunteered at Twelve Baskets Food Pantry in Portage, Michigan, helping support local families and neighbors in need. From lending a hand to making meaningful connections, it was a great day spent supporting an organization that is making a real difference in the community. Our Ferrellgas team in Camdenton, Missouri recently supported the 2nd Hot Air Balloon Glow of the Lake of the Ozarks Food Truck Festival by helping fuel the hot air balloons for the event. It was a great opportunity to showcase another unique use for propane while bringing the community together for a memorable evening. We’re proud to support local events like this that highlight the versatility of propane and the strong connections within the communities we serve.

Jackie is a reminder that great service always starts with great people. “Ferrellgas has so many unique service and payment programs to fit our customers’ needs. My favorite thing is sharing these programs with them. I love hearing, ‘I didn’t know about that, thank you for explaining it to me.'” said Jackie.

Her approach to customer care reflects the pride of ownership that makes Ferrellgas unique. “My favorite thing about working here is the sense of community. It feels good to work with a company that values the personal connection between customer and service provider,” said Hannah.
Customer service happens in many forms, and for Service Technician Chris H. at our Ferrellgas location in Rochelle, Georgia, it’s about making sure propane systems run safely and efficiently. His hands-on expertise helps our customers feel secure and supported. “I always enjoy meeting new customers. It truly makes me happy that I'm able to put smiles on their faces after installing their gas systems,” said Chris.

Logistics leaders like Kendra L. make sure the process runs with precision, so our customers receive consistent and reliable service. “My favorite thing about serving customers for Ferrellgas is creating a positive experience and being as helpful as possible for the customers. Each customer has unique needs, and I gain insight from each interaction,” said Kendra.
