Meet Jason Glinz— Proposal Manager for Fives Cinetic Corp. 👋 Jason was first exposed to Fives during a college co-op program, where he was given the opportunity to work within the Mechanical Engineering Department while completing his studies. After graduation, he began his full-time career with Fives, and has since had the chance to work on a variety of automation programs throughout his 23 years with the company. 👏 Jason noted the most rewarding part of his job is being awarded a project after having invested significant time and creative efforts to develop the quotation for a solution that would exceed bidding competitors’ capabilities. When asked what advice he would give to the next generation, he said, “The success of your career is dependent on your determination and work ethic. It’s true— nothing will be handed to you, but people will take note of the effort you put in and your willingness to try, and that will make them want to help you to advance.”
