Egypt’s shared-services rise is real and measurable. Here’s what the data says (and why it matters): 🔹Scale: 68 centres in Cairo (largest single-city hub in the region) and 73 across Egypt - for context: Dubai 58, Riyadh 47; UAE 78, KSA 75. 🔹How work is organized: The Middle East counts 347 centres, and most are in-house (261) rather than pure BPO (86) - companies want tighter control and broader scope. 🔹People: About 738,000 grads a year and real language depth (English, French, German, Arabic) let one hub serve Europe and MENA without splitting teams. 🔹Execution basics: Budget for currency swings, index salaries to inflation, and make automation + analytics a year-one decision, not a “phase two.” Bottom line: Cairo pairs cost efficiency with multilingual coverage and a clear path from lift-and-shift to data-driven value. “We’re entering a Revolution in L&D.” – Josh Bersin, The Josh Bersin Company In our Future of Corporate Learning & Development Market Study, Josh Bersin shares why AI is transforming learning strategies: ✅ AI-native platforms will replace traditional LMS, building learning directly from operational docs, videos, and other assets. ✅ Culture is still the #1 driver of learning, AI supports, but leadership and time to reflect make it stick. ✅ AI enables scale & personalization, AI tutors, coaches, and instant localization will redefine content creation. ✅ Impact = utility, not completion rates, Did the learning help employees do their jobs better? That’s the real ROI. ✅ Efficiency starts with clarity, not overwork, AI can boost productivity, but expectations and workloads must stay reasonable. Josh’s advice? Experiment boldly with AI-powered learning platforms—this is a pivotal moment for L&D. 📖 Download the Market Study to read Josh Bersin’s full interview and discover more insights shaping the future of corporate learning: https://lnkd.in/gNrGbeEy

“Your AI Agent Is Ready to Work—But Can You Trust It With the Keys?” Everyone’s racing to deploy hashtag#AIAgents — autonomous helpers that can send emails, schedule meetings, run reports, and even close deals. But there’s one problem nobody wants to talk about: You can’t just hand them the keys. That is, unless you really want them rummaging through your CRM, inbox, and financials without rules. 🧩 The current blocker to useful AI agents isn’t intelligence. It’s authorization—what they’re allowed to do, when, and with what level of access. 🔐 Why This Matters More Than You Think A growing number of enterprises are rolling out hashtag#LLM - powered agents with access to sensitive systems. But without standardized permissions, roles, and revocation protocols, agents become a compliance nightmare and a hacker’s dream. “Authorization is the last big engineering challenge before AI agents can work autonomously.” — WSJ, May 21, 2024
