As InEight and Microsoft grow their partnership, they’re actively working on several collaborative projects. A recently created video tells the story of the digital transformation of our parent company Kiewit with InEight as the cornerstone – and it’s now up on Microsoft’s website. Additionally, Microsoft posted a blog featuring InEight titled How Kiewit Drives Workplace Innovation for Construction. This post shares how InEight partnered with Microsoft and Kiewit to provide transparency and predictability for capital projects. As our partnership continues to accelerate, be on the lookout for more collaborative projects like these. Check both the video and blog post out here: http://glassdoor.com/slink.htm?key=vMdDp
Skiing is a part of the job? Yes, please! That’s what InEight Account Executives Jon Liebe and David Lundgreen were saying as they raced to the bottom of the World Cup ski slope in Lake Tahoe. All part of the AACE Western Winter Workshop, the event dubbed the “Racing Competition” offered conference attendees a chance to network while showing off their athletic abilities on the slopes before the conference kicked off that night.
A couple of months ago, an opportunity came up for InEight to support a cause that’s close to many members of the InEight and Kiewit families – the PurpleStride Pancreatic Cancer walk/run. As fundraising efforts geared up, employees had the opportunity to donate through our team page and an in-office event, “No Coffee Wednesday.” Here, employees donated what they would have spent on a fancy cup of joe and were entered in a raffle to win a gift card to a local coffee store. At the same time, they were encouraged to sign up to participate in the walk/run that occurred in early April. Close to 20 employees came out to the event and joined InEight and PurpleStride in the fight against pancreatic cancer.
In January, we attended one of our biggest events of the year, World of Concrete – a major industry conference and tradeshow held in Las Vegas, Nevada. In true Vegas fashion, our exhibit space featured dozens of prizes, including our grand prize – a utility vehicle. A few weeks later, we’re excited to announce Albert from California is our winner! Check out this video below for a glimpse into all the excitement InEight experienced at World of Concrete: http://glassdoor.com/slink.htm?key=vMAcb

It’s graduation time for Arizona State University (ASU) but for their construction students, there’s not a graduation cap in sight. Students in the Del E. Webb School of Construction recently gathered together for their commencement ceremony wearing hard hats – gifted to them by InEight – in solidarity amongst the sea of caps. As part of InEight’s sponsorship, these sleek, gold hard hats adorned with the InEight logo are given to each graduating student and represent the company’s strong support of construction education and – just as important – the next generation of professionals in the construction industry.
