To better support IDA President Chas Richard’s oversight of the Federally Funded Research and Development Centers it operates, Bram Lillard will fill a newly-created position, Executive Vice President of SAC and STPI. In this role, Bram will coordinate corporate strategy, sponsor engagement and cross-divisional initiatives, and will shape and lead IDA’s research agenda, and operations support for the Systems and Analyses Center (SAC), and the Science and Technology Policy Institute (STPI).
