To close out the year, we’re featuring our final Associate Spotlight of 2024 with Bobby. Bobby is a director of rehab, turns and maintenance and has been with Invitation Homes for more than nine years. Bobby first joined the team as a superintendent and was thrilled to see how closely his skillset aligned with the SFR industry. Bobby’s favorite project has been working on Invitation Homes’ growing build-to-rent portfolio as he comes from a new construction background. Bobby strongly identifies with the 1970’s—the TV shows, cars, and especially music. He owns several classic cars and hot rods and loves to go to cruise-ins. Thank you, Bobby, for everything you do!
We’re leveraging the size and efficiency of our business to benefit residents by deploying valuable services at scale, resulting in costs savings. We are continually looking into expanding our offerings, such as additional renters’ insurance options, moving and storage services, and health and wellness subscriptions. Over the last few weeks, associates across our 16 markets rolled up their sleeves and got to work for a good cause. A team from our Dallas office partnered with Rebuilding Together North Texas, a group that works to bring hope and revitalization to neighborhoods by pairing volunteers and communities to repair the houses of homeowners in need. The team pictured below got back to the basics by providing lawn care and rehabilitating this resident's fence. These opportunities remind us why upholding our model of GenuineCare is so important, across all our operations and in everything that we do. As a team, we look forward to more afternoons spent like this, strengthening our relationships in the communities where we operate.
