We launched LabCorp At Home, the first seamless digital service aimed at helping doctors protect patients by testing them for #COVID19 before surgeries and other important treatments. Doctors will be able to order the kits and have them sent directly to their patients? homes, where patients are able to collect a nasal swab sample without leaving the house. Samples are then mailed back to LabCorp and results are delivered directly back to the provider?s electronic medical record to ensure a seamless process for all parties.
We are participating in the Stop Medical Distancing campaign, along with an alliance of industry-leading healthcare experts, to encourage individuals to pursue care needed & connect with their doctor, which is increasingly available virtually. During telemedicine visits, your doctor can seamlessly order lab tests, which you can have collected as your nearest LabCorp location.
