Meet Kelsi Clark! Kelsi is Lennar’s National Director of Marketing, where she helps turn big ideas into campaigns Customers believe in. Drawing on her background in sports marketing, she brings a fast-paced, performance-driven mindset to her work. From storytelling and video to digital experiences, Kelsi works across teams nationwide to bring Lennar to life in ways that are bold and built to drive. She joined Lennar nearly six years ago as Manager of Branding and Creative Operations. In her role today, she helps shape the story behind Lennar’s national campaigns and guides how that story shows up through email, social content, web, and brand experiences, working across teams nationwide. Early on, she saw an opportunity to strengthen collaboration between creative teams and Divisions. As we shifted to a national in-house creative strategy, Kelsi was part of that evolution from the beginning. She has helped shape how we show up by aligning strategy with execution while keeping performance front and center. What Kelsi enjoys most about her role is the variety. No two days are the same. Priorities shift quickly, and the work calls for both strategic thinking and creative problem-solving, which is a pace she loves. Fun fact: Before joining Lennar, Kelsi’s career took her around the globe in the racing industry, traveling to more than 30 countries and living abroad in London along the way. Congratulations, Kelsi! #Lennar #ILoveLennar #OneLennar #LeadershipInAction
