Throughout the month of June, LifeBridge Health wanted to celebrate the incredible work our team members are doing! Thousands of team members and their family members participated in one or all of the three Celebrate YOU events. These events were a great opportunity for everyone to relax, have fun and eat delicious food! A special thank you to our board members who helped make these special events possible, and the Jewish Community Center of Greater Baltimore for being so accommodating. Here are a few photos from the events, but if you are looking for more, we encourage you to visit: https://bit.ly/3yaO7xa #LifeBridgeHealth #team
The Center for Hope, formerly Baltimore Child Abuse Center, was recently on the front page of The Baltimore Sun and when you take a moment to read the article, you will quickly understand why. Learn about this special center and its mission from Adam Rosenberg, executive director of Center for Hope, and T’Keyah Jackson, a young woman who began advocating for victims after her own trauma and credits Baltimore Child Abuse Center for where she is today. #ViolencePrevention #ViolenceIntervention #Baltimore #LifeBridgeHealth

Baltimore Mayor Brandon M. Scott chose Grace Medical Center as a location for a press conference announcing a new comprehensive plan for making Baltimore City a safer place called the Community Violence Intervention Ecosystem. Included in this plan is a hospital response program, which will involve the support of Sinai Hospital and Grace Medical Center. Daniel Blum, president of Sinai Hospital and Grace Medical Center, spoke about the importance of having complete community support including hospitals by saying in part, “hospitals are no longer in the business of patch and release. They want to treat victims of violence in ways that will keep them from being victimized again or even becoming perpetrators.” WBAL-TV11 | NBC covered the news conference, for the full story and more, visit: https://bit.ly/3M7Mu9a #ViolenceIntervention #ViolencePrevention #GraceMedicalCenter #SinaiHospital #LifeBridgeHealth
