We are proud to have placed 71st in the Social Mobility Index for our current and increasing efforts to be an organisation inclusive of people from all backgrounds. The Social Mobility Foundation particularly recognised our commitments to: 👉 Working with the young people who will benefit most, through initiatives like Grid for Good 👉 Removing bias from our recruitment processes 👉 All of our people participating in Unconscious Bias training ⏩ We need to continue improving to become a more inclusive organisation and we will be using the feedback from the Social Mobility Foundation to guide our efforts going forwards. To aid our progress, we are launching a new Employee Resource Group, Inspire, to support colleagues from lower socio-economic backgrounds and challenge us as a business to continue to become more inclusive.
