A Printpack Associate Spotlight Series This month, our Spotlight series highlights the stories of two of our Rhinelander associates. Cody LaCrosse, Material Handler, and Steve Horwath, Plant Services, have both been in the military and both found new careers at Printpack. Cody has been with Printpack for two years. After serving in the military for over four years, Cody tried a couple of jobs until his dad told him about Printpack. Steve has been with Printpack for one and a half years, after serving in the military for 14 years. Let’s learn more about their career journey in their own words.
A Printpack Associate Spotlight Series Meet Chris Lipham: Press Manager, Villa Rica, GA Chris Lipham, Press Manager in our Villa Rica 2 Plant, has been making a difference at Printpack for almost 20 years. He started as a Press Assistant back in 2006 and earned several promotions until he became Press Manager last year. Back in the day, Chris was starting his manufacturing career. Today, as an experienced Press Manager, he ensures policies and procedures are followed, makes decisions for the press department, plans and manages goals. His current position allows him to be more involved in the day-to-day operations of the business. Let’s learn more about his career journey in his own words.
A Printpack Associate Spotlight Series For over a decade, Brian Eitemiller has been busy helping Printpack provide value to our customers. Since joining the company, he has held four different roles that have allowed him to increase his knowledge and expand his responsibilities at our Prescott Valley, AZ plant. Brian used to work for a kitchen cabinet company; after the housing market crashed, he was looking for a fresh start and a job where he could grow in the future. He heard from friends that Printpack was a great organization and was hiring, so he decided to apply. Today, Brian is a Quality Specialist and a jack of all trades. He is also the Plant Sanitarian, the Trial Coordinator, the Learning Coordinator, and the Plant Management Representative. Brian consistently goes beyond the ordinary. February’s Associate Spotlight Series highlights Rusty Coomer, Maintenance Lead in Bloomington, Indiana, who joined Printpack as a Plate Mounting Assistant in 1997 after his friends highly recommended the company.
