“Janis Johnson is on top of her game every day,” wrote a ProVest team member in their Award for Excellence nomination. Janis has worked in our Greenacres, Florida, office since 2020, supporting our collections work as a server liaison. According to her manager, Janis is always willing to jump in when any department needs help. “The word ‘No’ is not in her vocabulary. We particularly value her ability to learn new tasks, to complete her work on time and with attention to detail, and to do so with a positive attitude.” Janis received multiple nominations for this award, a testament to her work ethic and dedication. "Michelle Fabry is one of the best people I have worked with. She is always there to help and will put other people before herself," a ProVest coworker wrote when nominating Michelle for our internal Award for Excellence. This month, Michelle celebrates her 19th anniversary at ProVest! She is a capable software product owner and oversees a variety of applications. Her colleagues' said Michelle is: A great teacher who took on training several new team members and continued to perform well herself. She is professional and composed. Michelle tackles challenging assignments and is a problem solver. A colleague commented, "I strive to become the asset she is to ProVest. I'm happy to call Michelle a colleague!" Finally, another nominator offered this praise: "Michelle's work ethic and ability to navigate multiple hurdles simultaneously has consistently astonished me. She doesn't shy away from tasks and has instilled that drive within her coworkers. This is why Michelle deserves this award in my eyes." Charlie Rackett joined our company in 2019 at our Tampa office, supporting our collection clients. During his tenure, he became a star player. We are happy to give him our Award for Excellence for living our values. His colleagues were effusive in their praise: Charlie is, hands down, the most knowledgeable person I work with. He understands the process from start to finish. His attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot and solve problems are top-notch. His efforts ensure my team’s days are easier and more productive. Charlie understands our piece of civil process from start to finish, the documents and their meaning, and has strong attention to detail. His careful reviews ensure the documents are error-free before they are sent to the e-filing team, saving us time and the client unnecessary rejections/fees. His efforts help us all win. Charlie is one of the best—the top producer on the team. Charlie updates the team with court delays and escalations and has the highest production numbers daily. He’s one of the first to arrive and the last to leave. Charlie has a positive attitude and is eager to help with any task. We do our best to anticipate our clients’ needs and make organizational changes to keep up with the industry’s evolution. We focus on developing technical approaches to streamline processes with a focus on ethics and quality. Our Tampa team members affectionally refer to Infrastructure Engineer Javier Cruz as "The Man of Many Talents." Javier joined ProVest in 2002. His 21 years make him the 12th most-tenured employee at ProVest. It's no wonder he was honored with our prestigious Award for Excellence. Here's what his coworkers wrote: "He is always willing to lend a helping hand to his teammates and diligently handles a high volume of work. Javier's kind and dedicated personality is evident in his interactions with his colleagues." "Javier always helps users when they ask and proactively works through issues. We are pleased to recognize Carlos Vidal with our Award for Excellence. Carlos works in our IT department and was recently promoted to Junior Product Owner. He joined ProVest in July 2022. Congratulations to Tampa-based Melisa Oliveras for receiving our Award of Excellence. Melisa joined ProVest 17 years ago, and is responsible for printing and routing papers to ProVest’s process servers throughout the county. One of the most challenging markets she is responsible for is Tennessee, which must be handled carefully because original documents are required for service. According to one nomination, “Three things have not changed since I met Melisa: her work ethic, her integrity, and the trust that her teammates, as well as other departments, have in her to complete her work.” Melisa is a consummate professional who capably handles a heavy workload. Another person wrote, “Instead of getting frazzled, she puts a plan into place to get our work out—and with a smile and pleasant disposition.” Another person wrote, “Melisa sets a good example for all of us, work and health-wise, especially regarding eating better and exercising.” Please join us in congratulating Melisa on her hard work and dedication to her colleagues and clients.
