Reed is supporting the theme 'Time for change: action not words' for Black History Month this year. Throughout this month, our co-members have put together a fantastic curriculum to raise awareness internally. Activities include an educational panel on microaggressions, bi-weekly blogs on our internal channels on the history of black art, a Black History Month Spotify playlist and the launch of a company-wide book club that will focus on books from black authors. Last Friday, Reed Talent Solutions were proudly declared the winners of not one but TWO awards at the TIARA European Talent Solutions annual awards 🏆🏆 We won Best Client D&I Solution for our partnership with NHSBT in delivering more plasma donors from ethnic minority groups and the ESG award for our social values program! We were the only provider to win two awards on the night and were also shortlisted for Talent Solutions provider of the year. Congrats to all who worked on these initiatives over the last year ❤️👏
