The last day of the month was on a Tuesday so what better way to celebrate other than Taco Tuesday at Reliant Funding!
With the current social distancing protocols, we have had to get creative with our events. For the month of February, we had a photo contest in which all submissions were voted on by the entire company. This is an innovative compromise to the events that we are accustomed to. The winners are being announced soon but all the pictures are all great!
Reliant Funding would like to recognize Andrea Pedone with our Hard Work & Great Attitude award of 2020. Being a part of the Reliant family for eight years now, Andrea contributes an incredible source of legacy knowledge to our Finance Department. Her willingness to rise to any occasion and jump in to assist wherever necessary, especially through such a challenging year is a reflection of her continued dedication to the company. Thank you and congratulations Andrea!
Reliant Funding would like to recognize Jake Huff as Rookie Of The Year for 2020. Entering the beginning of the year and hitting the floor running, Jake funded an impressive 1.75 million dollars. Systematically structured his approach, accomplishing a great first year through the adverse pandemic.
Reliant Funding would like to recognize Angelina Alarid as our Rising Star of 2020. In her role as Systems Engineer, she has established cross structure between our IT & Processing Departments, simultaneously re-architecting our network. Angelina is analytical, dedicated and trustworthy.
Reliant Funding would like to recognize Carla Sosa as a Team Player of 2020. As our Office Coordinator, she executes projects of charitable giving and cultural events that span the entire company, manages our CA & NY offices extending into our Human Resources Department.
Last month, we recognized Ryan Seaver as Salesperson of the Year for 2020. Ryan has been with us for over 4 years and consistently remains one of our top producers through his dedication and focus.
Volunteering in the community has always been a large part of the culture here at Reliant Funding. This month we have partnered with the San Diego Food Bank - Holiday Food Drive and our team has donated all of this food to help fight hunger this season! The Reliant Funding team is getting active, too. Keep an eye out for Reliant employees and our families wearing pink and walking, running, or hiking locally to support Breast Cancer Awareness. Socially distanced walks and runs are still taking place all over the country to raise support and awareness of breast cancer patients.
