Each box was made up of items that the individual would like including baby gifts (about to be parents), dog/cat toys and treats, workout equipment, and some chocolate never hurts!
We have a new RMI Fusion Associate class that started with us, 7 in total! These associates (interns) will rotate throughout our Fusion Division to learn every aspect of digital marketing they can. Day 1 they go through Tech setup and our HR Orientation. Before we start the learning process we want them to bond as team and get to know one another. To do that, we put them through the daunting build a tower of doom project (see photos). Their competitive nature kicked in right away, but we knew we hired the right associates when we saw them doing things the RMI way, teamwork!
20 years and going strong! We recently gathered to celebrate our 20th anniversary! Food, hand rolled cigars, music, and most importantly, each other. Nothing beats that in person hug! Being remote is an enormous perk, but sometimes we miss one another, so the occasional gatherings are treasured moments in time.
