James Rigby, CEO of SCC EMEA supports our charity partner The Prince's Trust by taking part in their Million Makers initiative. The Million Makers initiative sees teams of employees, from organisations across the UK, developing their business skills by turning an initial seed funding investment into as much money as possible for The Prince’s Trust. The challenge collectively raises over £1million every year to change the lives of unemployed young people across the UK. James joined a panel of ‘Dragons’ judging two entrepreneur groups made up of employees from New Look and Babcock in Dragons' Den style pitches of their fundraising plans. Both teams successfully secured their seed funding and will go on to execute their plans to raise money for The Prince's Trust. He said: "It was great to see collaboration and development within the teams and strong business plans all motivated to work towards the same goal of supporting The Princes Trust. I was more than happy to support this initiative along with my fellow Dragons and look forward to seeing the execution of the teams’ proposals."
What a fantastic achievement for SCC, to win two extremely competitive awards at the CRN Sales and Marketing Event,” said SCC CEO James Rigby, “It has been a difficult few months for everybody around the globe and although the IT Channel is strong, it certainly hasn’t been immune to these recent challenges.
