At Santander, we’ve created a community that values growth and opportunity for our workforce, but we know there is still more work to be done. Join us this Women's Heritage Month as we strive to #EmbraceEquity for all women in the workplace and beyond.

Valentine’s Day posed as a wonderful opportunity for our employees to share positive affirmations throughout our communities in Odessa, Arizona, and Texas. More than 120 Santander US volunteers crafted multiple individual Valentine’s cards for seniors living at home and in long-term care facilities. They created beautifully crafted cards in various languages, including Spanish, Korean, Vietnamese, Russian, and Mandarin, in addition to English. Thanks to our employees, they were able to spread love, cultivating the health and well-being of those within our communities.

Work and life lessons we’ve learned from Rafa Nadal over the years: 🎾 Resilience in the face of adversity. Injuries, set-backs, changes... You can always adapt and overcome whatever life throws at you. 🎾 Bring your best to every situation. Big or small, every moment matters. 🎾 Tenacity. Pursuit and fight for your goals until the last minute. 🎾 Excellence is a habit. Know your strengths and weaknesses, continue to learn and work on improving them. 🎾 Consistency and organization. Finding a system of routines or rituals helps to stay focused and grounded.
