By listening to customer feedback, we’re continuously transforming the way we serve our customers. Recently, we launched a virtual American Sign Language (ASL) interpreting service at select Spectrum Stores across the NYC, LA and Austin areas. This service offers Deaf customers a better communication experience with Store Specialists and interpreters through their personal devices. To access the service at participating stores, Spectrum customers scan a QR code through a smartphone or tablet to virtually connect with an interpreter, who will facilitate the conversation between the customer and Store Specialist in real time. Supporting communication between the Deaf community and our Store Specialists is another way we are supporting our customers. Learn more about joining our team.

When Yury’s professional #baseball career was cut short by an injury, he joined the cable industry as an entry-level installer. Bringing his desire to learn and an ability to work under pressure from his days on the pitcher's mound, Yury has built a successful 15-year #career with Spectrum. “I never imagined doing this kind of work, but I ended up loving it,” Yury said. “It’s a different kind of team, a different kind of competition, yet the drive to be the best is still the same.” After progressing through our field service team, Yury has continued to grow. After moving into Plant Maintenance, he was promoted to Maintenance Technician III. Today we announced our new Employee Stock Purchase Plan, designed to encourage and reward employee tenure and empower our workforce to share in the Company’s success. Employees who are eligible to participate can set aside a portion of their earnings to buy shares of Charter stock. In addition to the shares they buy, we’ll match their purchase with a grant of Restricted Stock Units based on how long they’ve worked here. The longer they have been at Spectrum, the more RSUs they will receive. These RSUs offer employees another meaningful incentive to grow their career with us.
