Did you know Tapestry is home to some of the best creative talent in the business? We believe that by intertwining different people and ideas, we push ourselves in our work, pull out the unexpected in what we create, and expand the bounds of possibility. To further tap into our teams’ creative potential, the Tapestry Design Community recently launched a six-month Design Mentorship program, pairing creative talent across all levels and brands to share experiences, swap advice, and spark inspiration. In the first meeting, mentors were paired with their mentees, learned how mentorship can be a great learning and development tool, and set goals for the duration of the program. We can’t wait to see what they create next!
Our record Q1 FY24 earnings reflect a strong start to the year. Thank you to our teams, whose hard work delivered these results! #StretchWhatsPossible #OurTapestry

“Tapestry has put so much effort into making this internship program feel as community-oriented as possible. It’s so cool to meet interns across all the Tapestry brands and hear about what they’re working on. I’m loving this program so far and feel like I can really envision myself being part of this environment. Everyone has been so welcoming and I love how much my supervisors value my ideas.” – Linda Hachim, Coach Creative Concept and Marketing intern. It’s hard to believe we’re already at the halfway point of Tapestry’s summer internship program! From contributing ideas to immersive, hands-on experiences within their day-to-day work, and fun social events where they can mix and mingle with fellow interns, it’s been a busy few weeks. Stay tuned for additional behind-the-scenes content from our interns throughout the summer. #OurTapestry
One of the core components of our company culture is the Golden Thread Awards, an annual program that recognizes stand-out corporate employees. This year, we are excited to celebrate 94 exceptional team members from around the world for their hard work and embodiment of Tapestry’s purpose and values. Recently, we took our North America-based celebration to new heights as our Golden Thread winners took a trip to New York City’s ‘Edge,’ the highest outdoor sky deck in the Western Hemisphere. Awards like the Golden Thread help us nurture and celebrate our talent. Congratulations to this year’s winners and thank you for your continued dedication!
