This week, we marked our 10-year anniversary of the Teleflex Core Values with an all-employee town hall that showcased how our Core Values are being lived across the company. Our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) regional council chairs, Monika Vikander-Hegarty (EMEA), Shanté Demary (US & Canada), Dennis Diaz (LATAM) and Ruby Liu (APAC) shared our regional DEI progress, while our Chairman, President and CEO, Liam Kelly and our Corporate Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, Cam Hicks shared personal and professional examples of how Teleflex is putting people at the center of all we do. In line with our 2020 Protecting Nature initiative, our team in South Africa recently came together for a morning walk along ‘Blouberg Beach’ for our very own local clean-up event. The team gathered any plastic pollution on the beach that causes harm to the marine environment. #Teleflex #JOIN
Congratulations to our teams in Zdar and Hradec, Czech Republic, for their ongoing site transformation efforts to continuously improve operational performance and supply chain resilience during COVID and beyond. With both sites celebrating milestone anniversaries, 15-years at Zdar and 25-years at Hradec, the teams planted a tree on each site in honor of what they do every day to ensure Teleflex delivers on its Commitments, Purpose, and Core Values.
