Our second spotlight in celebration of Black History Month is Tamika Alexander, Sr. Manager, Sales Operations, who completed McKinsey & Company’s Connected Leaders Academy. This 6-month opportunity for Black leaders is dedicated to improving strategic leadership in areas like business operations, talent management, marketing and finance. “Through the program, I was able to expand my knowledge of problem-solving and strategic thinking,” said Tamika. “I had the unique chance to apply business fundamentals alongside a group of individuals who shared similar goals, aspirations and most importantly, experiences.” Congratulations, Tamika!
