Each year, the Best Nursing Homes ratings help families and prospective residents make informed decisions about short-term or long-term care in consultation with medical professionals. Earning a spot among the top facilities is no small feat—only 19% of skilled-nursing facilities nationwide received the prestigious “Best Nursing Home” designation in 2025. Trilogy Health Services, a provider of senior living services in over 110 communities throughout the Midwest, has received their Great Place to Work (GPTW) Certification for yet another year, despite the COVID-19 pandemic challenging the senior living industry in unprecedented ways. According to Trilogy’s profile on greatplacetowork.com, 82% of employees at Trilogy say it is a great place to work, compared to 59% of employees at a typical U.S. – based company. 90% of Trilogy employees agreed that “My work has a special meaning: this is not just a job,” 89% agreed that “I feel good about the ways we contribute to the community,” and 89% also agreed that “When you join the company, you are made to feel welcome.” “We’ve always said that working at Trilogy means joining a family and finding purpose.
