Learning Care Group is committed to growing strong futures and investing in our team of 24K+ educators. Wondering how? Here are some of the key takeaways from our latest company-wide training session.
We’re energized and excited for the next chapter! LCG is investing in its executive leadership team. These new appointments will elevate the company’s next phase of growth and reaffirm our core mission to support children, families, teachers, and each community we serve.
Happy Teacher Appreciation Week! At Tutor Time, we’re celebrating the amazing early childhood education professionals who teach, nurture and inspire children each day. Thanks for all you do!
We’ve wrapped up another terrific Professional Development Day! Teachers at all of our schools honed their skills and learned exciting new ways to educate and inspire our students. Focusing on Strong Bonds and Strong Teachers, the comprehensive training emphasized relationship building, as well as practical techniques to empower our teachers to become more resilient in the classroom.
Leaders from our Childtime, Children’s Courtyard, Tutor Time and La Petite Academy schools in DuPage & Kane County, IL, are helping brighten the holidays for local children. This week, the team organized and wrapped gifts that have been donated to The Humanitarian Service Project, which provides assistance to 2,000 underserved families.
It’s the Season of Kindness, and Learning Care Group students and employees are sharing the holiday spirit in their local communities. In Mooresville, N.C., Tutor Time’s annual food drive for the Mooresville Soup Kitchen brought in 900+ lbs. of donated groceries from our kiddos, families and staff. Junior K students also visited the soup kitchen to see how donations are processed, learning about empathy and helping those in need.
Children, families and staff enjoyed a fun-filled celebration at the recent Grand Re-Opening of our Tutor Time in Newark, DE. The kids loved exploring our newly remodeled school, trying their hand at STEAM activities, face painting provided by Miss Teen Delaware, and of course, the visit from Wilmington Blue Rocks Mascot Rocky Bluewinkle!
