Explorer. Entrepreneur. Storyteller. Fisherman. Mountaineer. Skydiver. Leader. Mentor. Head of Sales at UST Japan. Whatever title you put in front of Dice Tokuzumi, there is no lack of adventure in his life. What keeps Dice grounded and balanced in his busy life? In moments of reflection, he often returns to a timeless Japanese principle called shikataganai.
