This week, WM announced its agreement to acquire controlling interest in Avangard Innovative's U.S. business to form independent company Natura PCR. The acquisition scales our recycling operations in the emerging post-consumer resin (PCR) space and expands our capacity to provide commercial customers, like Dow, with circular solutions for film and plastic wrap applications.
