Our Australia team had their First Annual Sales Summit in South Melbourne to talk shop, discuss goals, and work through the objections they have faced so far this year. A few key takeaways for the team were sales techniques to achieve their goals and tips on how to be successful within YETI. This meeting refreshed the team and built excitement for the next quarter. Overall the week was a huge success and they are off to a fresh start!

Meet our Badass of the Week, Nancy Zhu. Nancy provides support for our China operation and organization. She was masterful in putting together our supplier summit event on short notice. She went the extra mile (Core Value #4!) to make sure our suppliers understood the business and vision of where we are going and even arranged a translator to make sure they didn't miss a moment.
