eGain's Solve 22 Conference in Las Vegas October 11-12 was a great success! It was two great days exchanging ideas, best practices, and success stories in digital, knowledge, analytics, and AI. The sessions began with a detailed presentation on customer obsession from Rick Parrish of Forrester Research, followed by our CEO, Ashu Roy's keynote address on the future of contact centers.
