No opinion of CEO

I have been working at Arm full-time

- Innovative projects
- Empowered individuals
- Tight teams
- Comprehensive benefits and perks
- Comfortable offices
- Great location...

- Location that comes with some caveats (traffic!)
- Buildings showing their age (but new buildings are just around the corner!)
- Probably not the highest paying company (regarding base salary)

    Software Engineer Interview

    Anonymous Employee in Cambridge, England

    Average Interview

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Arm (Cambridge, England)

    3 stage interview:
    - call with HR: exactly what you'd expect
    - call with 2 engineers: simple questions around c++ concepts, general engineering and previous experience discussions
    - onsite: 3 parts focusing on hardware (system design), algorithms and team-fit

Don't want to give away their interview questions, but be prepared for everything from bit manipulation/c++ standard questions to algorithms
