Interview
I was scheduled to take my interview. First they had me pass a quick typing and 10-key test to ensure computer literacy, then they had a "virtual call center" test to make sure that I could do the basics of inbound call customer service. I interviewed with the hiring manager and then a Team Lead, who recorded my responses and handed them off to the Operations Manager for final approval.

Two rounds of interviews. First round with the Human Resources Manager. Basic questions were asked. Around 30 minutes or so. Second interview was responsible by the hiring Manager of the CS Division. Spent around 45 mins.

Quick and easy. They didn’t ask for a lot of information. I got the job right away. Years after I quit they called me back to work for them again. I was flattered.
